How long does a consultation take?
Our free consultations are 30 minutes — by phone or video. We'll discuss your goals, walk through your space virtually if helpful, and outline a plan.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For organization and staging, we prefer you're available at the start. For recurring housekeeping, many clients provide access and we work independently.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater metro area. If you're unsure whether we cover your neighborhood, just ask — we're happy to check.
How far in advance should I book?
We typically book 1–2 weeks out for new clients. For home staging before a listing, we recommend reaching out at least 3 weeks ahead.
